What exactly is the 48-Hour Sprint?
It's our core service: we build and deploy a full automation stack for your practice in 48 hours. That includes speed-to-lead response, booking workflows, reminder sequences, no-show recovery, and review generation — all set up, tested, and running in two days.
What software do you use?
We use GoHighLevel (GHL), a leading practice automation platform. We handle the entire setup — you don't need any technical knowledge or existing GHL experience. We build it, you run it.
Will this work with my current practice management software?
In most cases, yes. We'll confirm compatibility during the free audit. GoHighLevel integrates with the most common dental and med spa platforms. Where direct integration isn't possible, we build workarounds that get the same result.
Is the messaging HIPAA compliant?
Yes. We build all reminder and follow-up sequences to be HIPAA-safe — no protected health information in SMS or email messages. We also handle A2P 10DLC registration for SMS compliance so your messages actually get delivered.
How long does setup actually take?
48 hours from the time we have your access and information. The audit takes 20 minutes, then we collect what we need from you (logins, branding, messaging preferences), and we're live within two days.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your existing systems (website form, scheduling software, Google Business), your practice branding (logo, colors, tone), and about 30–60 minutes of your time across the audit and onboarding. We handle the rest.
What if I don't see results?
We'll show you the expected ROI during the free audit before you commit. If the math doesn't work for your practice size or situation, we'll tell you straight — we'd rather you not hire us than have a bad experience. After the Sprint, we monitor performance and optimize monthly.
Do I have to do the monthly monitoring?
No — the $297/month monitoring is optional. The automation will keep running without it. But most practices find it valuable because we catch sequence issues, optimize messaging, and add new automations as your practice grows.
Do you only serve Tampa?
We're focused on Tampa and the Tampa Bay area right now, but everything is done remotely — no on-site visits required. If you're outside Tampa but in Florida, reach out and we'll let you know if we can take you on.
